It’s time to take ownership of your health.
What I’ve found in my practice is that many people WANT to be healthy but don’t know how. Many of my patients know how to better maintain their homes than their bodies.
You may know mow the lawn, keep hair out of your drains, change your furnace filters etc in the home, but what are you doing for your body, for each organ system to keep it functioning well?
To help guide you I’ve created a longevity blueprint comparing an organ system in the body to a portion of your home to help you remember what all needs tended to in the home also needs tended to within the body.
In each module we’ll discuss how your organs and the systems of the body work together to build your longevity. It’s a bit like building a home—you need a blueprint to ensure the final outcome is a place you can live for a long time. With your body, you need a blueprint to ensure that every aspect is addressed in order to have a long and healthy life.
Within each of the modules, I share the most progressive available functional medicine testing options as well as nutraceutical products.
Just as human fingerprints are detailed, unique markers of human identity, so are your test results. These will help your health care provider personalize a plan to build your health.

Module 1 is all about your FOUNDATION of health. Here I’m comparing the foundation of the home to the Gastrointestinal system with the body and we’ll discuss ways to restore gut health.
Module 2 is all about the importance of the FRAMEWORK in the home. Here I compare this to your spine and discuss your musculoskeletal and nervous system.
In Module 3 we’ll compare the ELECTRICAL work in the home to genetics in the body and discuss how to influence genetics for the better.
In Module 4 I’ll share how having the KEYS to unlock doorways in the home is much like repleting nutritional deficiencies in the body.
Module 5 is all about tackling the LAUNDRY and our detoxification systems within they body, the gallbladder and liver.
In Module 6 I’ll compare the HEATING/COOLING system in the home to your endocrine system with the body and share how you can optimize your hormones.
In Module 7 we’ll talk about the importance of clog free PLUMBING in the home and compare this to clog free arteries. This module is all about reducing cardiovascular disease.
Module 8 topic is focused on maintaining ROOF integrity of the home; treating underlying infections like (lyme and mold) and strengthening the immune system.
In Module 9 we’ll conclude with how you can get started and find a CONTRACTOR, or provider who can help you with your building process.

I’m assuming either you’re already sick, so you are now starting to try some healthy habits, like improving your sleep, incorporating stress-reduction techniques, and exercising, and you want to build a healthier body OR you are already what you consider healthy and want to keep that going.
